1 of 1 found this helpful I bought this item to reduce the malasma dark patch on my top lip was very sceptical at first but have been using for 4 days now twice a day and the difference is so noticeable it's great I recommend this product highly darker patches may take longer to fade and notice a difference as mine wasn't so dark but does what it says would buy again if needed thanks
