Cotton pellet holder actually work
cotton pellet holder actually works we used the US cotton pellets that come in the small box from henry Schein. Or you can just wad up a bunch of cotton pellets and stick them in there. The floor of the holder moves up on a spring to the inside is self contained. Alot cheaper than $180 for the metal ones from Schein.

good original product.
Product is good I thought it was the glass HD but it was just the plastic HD, plastic one traps more lint under it when applying.
