You shoot better when your rifle fits - this will help it fit

Took a couple of hours to file and polish the back plate to be a neat fit to the profile of the [shortened] rifle stock. That done, it blends nicely. Would be more flexible if the fixing holes were not pre-drilled. What's the chance of them being in the correct place? Also, a few small blow-holes in the die-cast. That said, for this price I can live with a couple of additional holes and blemishes. Perfectly satisfactory for the purpose described.
