Perfect! Genuine logitech dongle
I am not sure why others downgraded this product, when based on their description it sounds like faulty headset. What i received was genuine, was set up exactly the same way as the original that came in the box. So happy I didn't have to throw out my beloved headset because my child broke the dongle. We can't purchase these where I live, so it is on the price side for me, but, for a heaset that cost nearly $200 and I loved, great product!

Better than expected!
Good quality and sturdy product. Easy to assemble. It has saved our fly screens from being climbed! The cats love it.
