  Inside package of shipping package sowed it had been previously returned was poorly packaged for protection,electronic picture frame some aspwcts of it did notwork ,,usb port to load pictures,had to use sd card,rotate picture function did not work so i could not use portrait mode,the calander part does still work how ever,not really happy camper

  If you were unhappy with your purchase you could've reached out instead of leaving a neutral review. I'm always willing to work something out before receiving negative/neutral reviews. NO the inside packaging doesn't show a return as I use whatever packaging I have here to mail items in. It was placed in numerous bubble envelopes and extra bubble wrap was around it. I'm sorry you are unhappy with your purchase but the frame is functional and works.
