Love these lights
It is hard to tell by photo what these really look like in person. When I first pulled them out of the box I wasn't sure I liked them. Don't know if these are seconds or not but to me it doesn't matter. I am guessing that they are made from blown glass, well glass sticks heated with a torch on a round wheel like a potters wheel, they are built up, are loopy and must be hand made as they are all different. Out of three, one looks like this photo, the other two are more rounded on the bottom and none of them are 5" wide, mine are all about 4", not a problem for me. The chrome is absolutely beautiful and the canopy comes with a protective cover on it and a white glove, not sure how some people may get this glove on (small) there is good reason for the glove. They have a mirror finish and once that cover is removed almost forget about removing fingerprints. However I did do some research and tried using a wet cotton ball with a very mild detergent and a very clean microfiber cloth and that did the trick. Do not try to remove prints with a clean rag alone, won't work. The pieces that are directly on top of the lights don't have that same issue. I find that the 40 watt bulbs are a bit bright, a dimmer would help and I am going to see what a g9 led might look like.... I want a whiter color than the Xenon provides. Very, very delicate, very unique, didn't take me long to go with my first impression, absolutely love them!

They work
Not much to say, have had the bulbs about three weeks now and they are the correct size and wattage. Home Depot doesn't carry them though they sell the overhead microwave oven. Good value in the respect that you don't have to go out and look for them, they fit and they work.

Great cane....
Bought this to replace one I borrowed and have been using longer than expected
. Very sturdy, easily adjustable. I wash the foam grip occasionally because I drop it out in the dirt at the dog park. Holding up very well for all the abuse I have given it. It is a winner!
