Good quality, but no manual
There is O-ring. Beware of damage it. And no sealing rubber ring for water outway.

I bought it for my 4 years old son.
Due to the seat post position can be lower enough, so the fit for legs looks nice.
Even my son's hands are small, so hard to grab the brake lever, but the pedal system have some brake, so rotate with counterwise, then it brakes the rear wheel. It was also nice.
Quality looks good, and it is exactly same as pictures.
