  At the time of purchase I asked the seller to please place the item into a box surrounded by packing material to keep it safe as it’s a very fragile toy. It arrived today in a thin plastic mail bag with no bubble wrap or packing material. The toy is totally damaged and it doesn’t walk as it’s intended to. It looks like something heavy was piled on top of the plastic mailer which squashed the toy. It paid over $50 CDN so I expect the seller to package it properly. I took photos of the damage.

  The envelope was bubble and the item was bubbled wrap and the envelope was marked fragile as I told the buyer, and I can’t help what the postal service does and that I was very sorry this happened and that they should file a claim with the postal service because the item was still NIB when it was sent from my place, and that I don’t know what the cost of exchange is but on my end I only got total with shipping $38 plus change, but no matter the cost I understand their frustration
