  Terrible buyer. I made a significant discount. He decided to return it because the lid on which the model was indicated was from another printer. I offered an additional discount for this, also gave proof that I sent ET-4700. It's his right to return it. But the buyer returned the printer without a power cable. I also packed the printer in an inverted position. All the ink leaked out on the way. The printer has been completely unsuitable. Ibey reimbursed the cost of the printer.
