  First I asked Seller about features of the product.It took him 2 days to get back to me only to say he knew nothing about it.It was inaccurately described & I was asking for clarification. Seller refused to ship after I purchased.He said felt harassed when I asked him when he would take this to the Post Office 4 days after he provided the tracking info. He would never answer that question.I finally had to file a report & get eBay involved. He never issued my refund. eBay had to do that. Awful!
