We are a VOLUNTEER POWERED non profit and DO NOT GET PAID to do this...All items listed are donated to a local food bank and we use this ebay account as a fundraiser to help the poor in central Virginia. We do OUR BEST to physically clean, and factory reset all items. We are not perfect, so, pray for us. Because we're volunteer-powered, sometimes the listings are incorrect and we may have to cancel the order because we don't have it in stock..... we apologize up front for the inconvenience.
