Switch stop was slightly out of adjustment making it seem like pedal wasn't working correctly, but seller offered to refund if I couldn't get it working. After adjusting it works perfectly, but was nice to know they would have taken care of it if needed. Would definitely recommended.

Great shave. Quiet
1 of 1 found this helpful I had used a Remington foil razor for decades. I then switched to a Panasonic foil razor for a decade. The Panasonic had a better floating head than the Remington, and was a bit quieter. However, both of those were quite loud, and my research has found that all foil razors are quite loud.
Then I took a chance with a rotary razor... This Philips Norelco S8950-90 razor. Soooo much quieter! And it shaves at least as good as my foil razors, maybe a bit better. And it does a great job on an area of my neck that the foils always missed.
I am quite pleased with this quiet rotary razor.
