This is not a subwoofer for a novice. It needs tons of power to run it to its max. A healthy 12 volt supply is a must. Be prepared to develop a system in which you can supply no less than 200 amps dc at all times. Batteries drain instantly. You need hi power alternators, heavy duty wire, batteries as capacitors. This will destroy your house if you plan to use it for home audio. You will also get to know every police officer in your town. Learn the fundamentals of electricity as in voltage drop and current requirements before you attempt to run this subwoofer or you will burn something down whether it be your amp, car, house or subwoofer. If you give it what it wants/needs, it will amaze you. If you don't....you have been warned.

Plugged in the part then powered on the ...
Plugged in the part then powered on the tv. Another board that was fine burned up. Really looks like this board was faulty and destroyed the rest of the tv. Disappointed
