Wonderful Magnesium, ease stress, muscles and heart.
2 of 2 found this helpful I always use Viridian High Potency Magnesium because I can count on it's effectiveness.
Buying a large 120 capsule jar is better for me as I take them daily, so three months worth in one go is much more convenient and saves money.
The product provides three types of magnesium in each 300mg capsule and is great for helping stress levels and sleep,also relaxing muscles and helping me in particular with heart arrythmias.
After taking this daily for over two years, I would not be without it.

Quantic-A Announcement To Answer
I bought this as i have most if not all of the other albums Quantic have produced.
Each album has something different to offer,new sounds and can be up or down tempo.Some of it,well quite alot makes me get up and dance,other tracks are just beautiful to listen to.
Haven't really got into this album yet,but working on it!
