Works, but couple of weaknesses
The disk turns too easily, needs some friction so casual bump dosen't turn it. Also the contract of the lettering is poor. I put a piece of white tape behind the clear disk so that the lettering shows more contrast.

Very Poor Quality
4 of 4 found this helpful I am an electronics engineer. I am working with a non profit organization to developing a lighting solution for people in under developed countries that are off the grid. I have bought many different brands of LiIon 18650 batteries to evaluate. I have carefully measured the milliamp hour performance of these. Most fall way short of the advertised rating. Most claim 2600 mAh capacity, but typically deliver 1100 to 1500 mAh (about half the advertised amount). This was measured with a load of .5A.
These two units would take only a small charge and delivered only 55 and 102 mAh!!.
