Place call on hold is impossible

Do not buy. The product has a problem when putting call on hold. Impossible to get back to call and other extensions can’t pick up the call. Tried calling V-Tech but company doesn’t offer support. I’m really disappointed with this purchase. Worst purchase ever!!!
