Batteries not holding a charge
Has some great features but after a full charge only lasted a couple of minutes . Tried it again charged it for several hours and again after a few minutes died

Item shipped is not what is illustrated
The item illustrated is NOT the item they ship. The stamped #29 indicates it is a genuine Whirlpool pulley. The one that comes (i ordered 2) DO NOT have the #29 stamped on them. I repair dryers and several times when out in the field i have tried to use the not stamped ones and had trouble getting them to thread on to the motor shaft causing me to have to make a second trip to the customers to complete the repair which is costly. You can purchase the generic on they send for much less money. I purchased this one at a higher price expecting it to be the OEM #29.
