NOT genuine NOS Ford parts, but passable.
3 of 3 found this helpful This is NOT a Ford NOS part. It is licensed by Ford with the Ford part number to an aftermarket manufacturer to make. It is made in China. Looking at it side by side with my old, original part, it is very similar. But you can see details that are definitely different. The front Ford oval detail is not crisp and as deep as the original, and there are some quality details on the inside that stand out as different. Non of these affect function, and they are passable. But they should not be advertised as genuine Ford parts with the cost of what an NOS part would be. I was a Ford mechanic before retiring, so maybe I'm just a little too picky, but these are a bit expensive for thinking I was getting "genuine" Ford parts. But good luck getting NOS parts without a bank loan, so they'll do.
