As good as factory
Made in USA, as good as a Harley factory clutch cable! Definitely recommend the Drag Specialities brand!

A good tool for peace of mind
1 of 1 found this helpful With the extreme demand that AR rifles are in due to current political climates, building your own has become one of the few ways you can get a new AR in your collection.
Forster headspace gauges allow the home builder to check the headspace relationship between a barrel and bolt. This ensures not only a proper clearance, but SAFE operation when using specified ammunition.
The Forster 5.56 NATO MAX gauge gives me absolute peace of mind that my new, self built Aero Precision rifles are in specification. Being a semi-auto rifle, the 5.56 only needed one other gauge and that was the 5.56 NATO MIN (223 Rem Go) gauge.
Both gauges came well machined, and clearly labeled.
While it's TRUE that most Mil-Spec parts will have in spec clearances out of the box, you never should take a chance that you might get the 1 unit that made it past quality control.
