  Brickell sells a white cream that comes tightly sealed and wrapped in plastic. The product I received was a green liquid that cooled to an whitish-green paste, unwrapped, with the seal broken. It's damaged beyond use. Seller explained that the product was damaged by heat in cross-country transit. That's valid, but I'm skeptical that heat also melted the seal off so cleanly. Seller kindly offered me a half-refund, and I don't hold them at fault. But buyer beware the product may arrive damaged.

  I do not have control over how the carrier handles packages as I have run into this problem before. If anyone has a discrepancy please contact me first before opening a case so I may solve the issue.
