I tried the Silent Stop rotors after a discussion with my local brake shop. They said they have been using them without any problems, so I thought I would try them out based on there recommendation. I put then on a month ago and have not experienced any problems so far. Smooth stopping action.

Giving up the 2-strokes...
Very pleased. May never go back to gas trimmer. Battery has lasted at least 3 different mowing/trimmings of large yard. Can't wait to get more tools for the power head.

Cuts through limbs like a hot knife through butter.
Super easy to use. No effort expended trying to start a 2 stroke chainsaw. Just slap the battery in and go.
