My Step Tracker nags me
I bought this to get me moving more and it does the trick, my friends have the far more expensive FitBit but this does basically the same thing. It connects to my Android phone ( need Bluetooth 4 ) easily, and has a basic but decent app.
I counted the number of steps in 2 separate 1 mile walks and counted about 2000 of my steps per mile, this gives me a fairly accurate idea of how far I'm walking. So for me 10000 steps is about 5 miles.
Keep it on your wrist and you get a constant reminder to walk more, even if it is a pretty dismal day outside.

Fishing box replacement seat
Its a good value replacement seat. Secured by wood screws into the plywood base. Its slightly too large for my Sensas box but I knew that before ordering.

What do you want for a fiver
Needed a replacement shower head holder, this fitted the bill perfectly. Easy to fit. easy to use and has a good grip strength.
