Perfect for wood project.
I needed this for marking large circles on plywood and it works perfectly. There are no graduations on the compass and the drive wheel on the top of the pencil/pen holding block has 'clicks' every .020". It was new and unused in a flimsy plastic case. I bought a wooden brush box to store it in instead of the original case.

Easy mounting, runs well
Fit right in place of a 5 HP B&S. Started on first pull. Has enough torque that it doesn't have to be run at full throttle, making it relatively quiet.

Speed control works well. The power cord is short at two feet.
