Broke at handle during 3rd day playing.
Played fine, but handle broke at interface with paddle during third day of play. The paddle lasted for about 20 games. I did not have confidence in the product to ask a for a replacement as part of the return.

Performs like the original
Installed easily and performs similar to original equipment. The original lasted about 10 years. Time will tell regarding the durability of this aftermarket unit. Also got a new diaphragm unit included with the deal, but did not test it yet as my existing one is still good.

Great value with easy install.
Heated mirror product was delivered within 3 days from Los Angeles to northern CA. The replacement fit similar to my original mirror which was not heated, but it has the 6 pin plug which matched the original connection. The new mirror installed easily, fit well, and functions the same as the original. The black matte finish is similar to original, so I did not need to paint. If it continues to work, then this replacement is an excellent value. Before ordering, compare the connection pin plug on your current mirror to the picture in the ad to determine if it's a 6 or 3 pin plug. If you have a broken non-heated mirror, and the pin plug connection is the same as the heated mirror replacement, don't hesitate to order the heated mirror. My experience is that it works fine.
