completely not satisfactory

First of all, the charger was missing although it was in the packing list and there was a special place for it in the box. I had to use a charger of my own. Secod but much worse, after charging the receiver in the evening until the light indicated charging is comleted, and without using the collar all night, by morning the receiver ran out completely out of power. It did not happen once but all the time. Great disappointment !

Leaking water filter

I am using compatible samsung water filters for years. Always satisfied. It is the first time for me to buy this brand and I am very disappointed. 3 days after installing the new filter I noticed it was leaking. It is still leaking...
