I paid $414 for an iPad that was listed as "Excellent Condition" and then it arrives and there is LCD burn on the top of the screen. It looks like someone dipped the device in water (grey discoloration). I asked for a refund and the first response was "The unit is perfect and like new". When I again referred him to the pictures of the messed up display, the response became "that must be how many of them are." Stay away from this fraud masquerading as a Chamber of Commerce.

Sony does not know how to make great devices anymore.
This is a horrible device. On a cold day or night you'll wish you had buttons and not a touch screen.
Terrible device... reboots... typical sony crap.
