It really works!!!!!!
I have used echinacea for years now. We always have some in the cupboard. It really does work and meant to be taken as soon as there’s any signs of a cold or flu starting. If you already have a cold or flu it will help you get better faster as echinacea boosts your immune system. You’re only meant to take it for two weeks.
