Immune Support - Great Value in 16 oz. Size
My practitioner recommended I take this daily as a support to my immune system. The taste is fine by itself or drizzled over yogurt. I have not been on it long enough to say how effective it is, but the fact that my holistic practitioner takes it daily for herself is enough for me to continue it. Be advised that not all people can tolerate sambucus; my daughter tried taking it daily and felt nauseous afterwards. I invested in this large bottle after trying a smaller one, knowing that I could tolerate it.
