Horrible quality.
3 of 4 found this helpful Upon unboxing the product I first noticed that the electrical plug was not a plug fr a standard US outlet. Rather the plug was one designed for China. I worked to find an adapter. Upon doing so and attempting to use the product, it would not function properly. The iron headed up and the "go" light came on. But when "run" was pushed nothing happened and the machine turned off and had to be repeatedly reset. I never could get the "run" function to work.
