Question with compatibility

These filters do not have a sealing ring around them, so they will not fit the Walmart pitcher, although they advertise it as compatible with Brita filters. The only way to do this is to use plumber's tape to seal it.

Cheap replacement

It is made better than those that are here for 8-10$. But I doubt very much that the performance depends on this. There is no digital marking on the case. I don't know how it works, because the reason is probably different.
