No one better than Thomas Sowell
Thomas Sowell is one of the great American intellectual treasures of the late 20th and early 21st centuries. No one knows more about race/economics than he does. Intellectuals and Society is the definitive work that clearly explains the vastly overrated "contributions" that intellectuals make that have profound repercussions on normal people and society.
