Nothing was missing, these doors do not come with panels or hardware, they have to be ordered separately. The fees I asked for returning the item are ebay fees $12.50 that were charged and for $30 shipping. Easy would not do anything (of course). Im done with ebay and have deleted all items now. This person should man up and own his mistake. Why should it cost me for his mistake.
