Advantage Arms Glock .22LR Conversion
1 of 1 found this helpful Kit arrived very fast and on a nice case, with good instructions. The machining on the slide is of excellent quality and the barrel is of average quality. The Magazine fits and works well. The rod and cleaning/lube kit is a nice bonus.
The conversion is very picky with ammo. They are not kidding when they say it only works reliably with 40gr round nose CCI Mini-Mags. Everything else I tested, Federal Auto Match and the like would have multiple failures (mostly to eject, some to feed) per magazine. CCI Mini-Mags will have one failure every few magazines.
The conversion is a joy to shoot. .22 6c/round ammo with all the familiar Glock frame and controls is great for practice. I could not adjust the sight to shoot low enough (it is still shooting high at the lowest setting), so I had to adjust the sight picture. Accuracy is OK, but not great.
