  Received the item with the incorrect bracket. The box was open which leads me to believe he knew it was not complete. It did not arrive on time according to the tracking and when messaged him to see what was going on it miraculously shipped so I had to wait 3 additional days. Once I received the item and messaged seller he said he had the correct part and when asked about overnighting it he changed his mind and wanted the item back at my shipping cost.   First of all I'm not scammer, I wouldn't be selling all these item on ebay if that was the case, I didn't know bracket was missing, that why the listings stated open box, as for shipping, error at drop; off, not under my control. as shipping back I advise to start reading the return description item before you buy, and i never sell to you again either
