The Kind Bars have too many sugars and carbohydrates which could be alarming for weight gain or diabetic.
You need to make sure of the expiration date to make sure the product is fresh not stale. I received a box that was stale so I do not enjoy it at all. The mini bars are really small and the price is too expensive for kind products.
