Just as it's touted
Snug fit which is what it needed to be. No obstruction to the mag well and able to open the rifle up with out taking it off or it getting in the way. I would have liked to have had an extra finger groove and a window for the serial number, but this is minor and was ok by me. Definately makes using the mag well more comfy to grab onto when firing.

Okay ..but
They fit good and hold very well but too well. Hard to get snapped and unsnapped. Had to even remove my inner belt first once to get one of them off. Had to use a pair of pilers another time to get one off. Hard to fasten also. I use two at a time and 3 of the 4 were like this.

True pinpointer
The big difference between the Whites TRX and other pinpointers such as the carrot is the TRX is a true pinpointer. Only the tip and the lower portion of the shaft will detect. Other pinpointers the entire shaft detects. The draw back to that is if your target is in the side wall of the hole when you put your pinpointer in the hole it will hit on the side wall target. So what you think will be at the bottom of the hole is actually in the wall. The TRX with only the tip detecting if its not in 1-3 inches of the tip it wont go off. With the TRX if it detects at the tip you know its pointing you in the right direction. The less power of a pinpointer is also great. With too much power you could still be 5-8 inches from the target. With less power if it goes off you know you are close.
