  Good communication! Thank you. Issue with the console but believe it was during shipping not the seller. Postal service damaged the box. Still A ++ seller and offered to help with the issue!

  I offered the buyer help as she states but got NO response afterwards?? The item was insured & if it was damaged by the post office the $$ could have been recovered. It was also packed extremely well so not sure how they damaged it, but they must have banged it up pretty good. Just wished the buyer would have responded back after their initial message so it could have been resolved better.
