Not fully functional without additional purchase.
The hardware is exactly as advertised and the fit & finish were great.
There are no instructions for assembly but it was very intuitive and took about 45 minutes.
The software that comes with this is a demo version. It limits use to 25 lines (not much) and you must purchase a license in order to exceed 25 lines ($69 Euro as of now). Other free software does not work with this machine.
Once the price of the additional software license is accounted for, the value of this goes down.
