Wrong size of heater hose

The diameter is too small so you can't put the hose back in. You may need some special I guess. I finally got bigger size of heater hose at Napa and made it. Took me two days.

CD-ROM missing

i got one from Best & Fatest Books but they didn't put CD-ROM . I emailed to them then they say they don't have CD-Rom and suggested discount to resolve the matter. If you sell the items those you do not have, it is against law. i'm going to wait until they get the cd-rom and send it to me as online advertised.
