Better than I was expecting

I’m a die hard Lord of the Rings fan and I thought I was selling out by purchasing this cloak for my boyfriend’s Aragorn costume. It’s a lot thicker than I thought it would be, like it will keep you warm on a cold October night. The material is similar to a Terri-cloth so it gives you the same textured look as the wool cloaks in the movie. The hood is really large so you get that covered face look. All in all I will still feel authentic with this cloak and it was way cheaper than shelling out $100 on a cosplay replica.

Just O. K.

The ears are a very dark brown. I have skin the color of a caramel candy and these ears are too dark. They are also kind of big so I’m worried about how to get them to stick securely on my ear. The bottom of the ear expands when you put it on your own ear, obviously, so it creates this very apparent gap between your skin and the fake ear. Luckily I will be wearing a long wig so I can cover that weird gap and sort of hide the fact that they’re the wrong color. They will do the trick but they aren’t the greatest. It’s just hard to find ears that are the right skin tone. I would recommend using some foundation to lighten the color of the ears slightly if they will be exposed.
