So HAPPY I found this NEW, rare, discontinued set at a good, competitive price considering it's been out of production for over 30 years. I built it tonight. All of the pieces are new and of great quality. Box is in great shape. Instructions are NEW. All of the pieces are here; plus a few extra pieces, which Lego tends to do. Looks amazing. I like the simpler Lego sets from the 1980's and 1990's. To me, they're totally better.

Fair substitute for the original Lego mo...

Fair substitute for the original Lego motor kit. There is no cross over to the original Lego, you must use controller and IR SENSOR from the same kit. It works just fine .

In my view a lego masterpiece !

While it still retains the beauty of a classic toy , it has incredible technical points with the movements that are possible with this crane making it look and feel very realistic. But being a Lego it is possible to know exactly what is in the inside of the machine and how it works!
