Minor assembly time.
Instructions for assembly aren’t good, but easy enough to figure out by looking at the picture.

Nice Custom Upgrade
Paint is a good match to Harley’s Vivid Black.
What was nice is they came with the grommets where the docking pins go, and also the rubber spacers on the bottom. The lids were slightly lose, and I noticed the rubber gasket aren’t as thick as the H-D gaskets. The locks aren’t interchangeable with H-D barrel locks (I tried) the stop nub on the lock is different than the H-D lock and even tho it mounts the same the lock won’t lock. So I just swapped the lids from my stock bags and they work fine. The only issue is the rubber bushings on the bottom of the bags are slightly thicker than the H-D bushing so initially there was some difficulty inserting the pins and taking them out. But after I put some white lithium grease on them they worked fine. You may need to press down on them slightly to install or remove them, but once you learn the trick it’s no problem.
