Consistently high tracking accuracy without breaking the bank
Although this is tagged as a "gaming" mouse pad, this is a good choice for anyone who wants good, consistent tracking. My primary usage is photo-editing, where even a little hiccup in tracking can quickly become very irritating. Every SteelSeries pad I've used has resulted in great tracking, whether using a budget optical mouse or an expensive high precision laser mouse that costs the earth yet has quick-failing switches under the main mouse buttons (Logitech, I'm talking about you).
Things to note about this specific pad:
- The pad is very thin, only about 3 mm, but is rubber backed and grips particularly well on a glass surface (not so great on wood)
- The edges aren't stitched, but in my experience aren't prone to peeling / fraying unless they get a lot of friction from you wrist.

Good for use within other modifiers (e.g. beauty dish, soft-box), but don't expect too much
Well made, clips on securely and doesn't increase the width/depth of the speedlite head much. Also a little easier to fit/remove than the typical push-fit plastic diffuser tops!
In terms of performance, I find it helps me get better light quality (more like a bare bulb) when using my YN685EX inside larger modifiers like a beauty dish or softbox. If however you're buying this expecting it to make direct flash appear less harsh then you'll likely be disappointed, but the same goes for any plastic sto-fen style diffuser.

Repairs made with this glue actually last
I run on the beach 3 times a week with my dog, and after a few months my shoes always start coming apart due to the frequent exposure to salt water. I've tried a number of repair glues, but this "Freesole" stuff is the only one I've found that holds fast.
The only slight negative is that like most really effective glues it has a habit of sealing itself up once it's been opened; the top gets stuck and in your effort to free it you tear a hole in the tube itself. So don't expect to use the whole tube up unless you've got a lot of really big repairs, but do expect those repairs to last.
