A necessary "option" when it's very cold out.
Should be available as OEM in US. Complicated to install, but clear, complete instructions included.

Nice "under-the-Christmas-tree" building. Difficult to add lighting or interior details.
Nicely designed and sized "under-the-tree" structure. However, as I wished to have a lighted building, and the plastic walls and roof were translucent, I would have preferred a kit rather than a built-up structure. I had to paint the interior so light wouldn't bleed through unrealistically. I also had to replace the flimsy plastic windows with thicker plastic cut to fit. All this work was more tedious and time-consuming than it would have been with an unassembled kit.
