Caused bad skin reactions for me.
The product was well packaged and came as described. The problem was that it caused severe very uncomfortable burning and discoloration of my skin. I think, that it is was just way to strong for my skin. Sorry, there were no photos, mostly just the burning & a change in skin texture. I have no smart phone and no way to take a picture.

Helps with pain and burning of sciatica.
Awesome stuff and really helps, but only for a little while, enough to get to sleep at night.

Soothenol helped my pain, but did cause a burning sensation.
3 of 3 found this helpful I have used Soothenol several times, only when my pain is very bad. It does burn the skin, but it is not intolerable and caused no skin changes or redness. It is a bit expensive, but does help with joint pain. Just recommend not to wear tight clothing on it or any kind of ace wrap or brace as that will burn a bit more. I found that I have to wash it off with soap and water before taking a shower as it does burn when wet even after several hours. DMSO should be used sparingly and with caution as it's very powerful. The percentage in Soothenol is not as high as some other preparations.
