2 of 2 found this helpful This item is described as "New: A brand-new, unused, unopened and undamaged item in original retail packaging". I beg to differ.
Problem is that sometimes when pressing the keyboard letters, they don't always show on the screen and I have to repeatedly press that letter at speed to make it appear and then delete the excess letters that I have pressed. In addition, the maps app already had an address logged into it which leads me to the opinion that this phone is not "A brand-new, unused, unopened and undamaged item"
There was no manual with it either.
