I rely on these and they do not let me down, quality that last too!!!!
3 of 3 found this helpful I have bought Altec Lansing before and those speakers are still being used 8 yrs. later for my second computer now, and bought these for my new one. I personally like the ability to control the treble, bass, and volume with the dials on the satelite speaker. And I like how Altec Lansing has the headphone input right there too. I can customize and shape the sound to get exactley what I want. The controls sold me also the speaker are made good. The sound is wonderful, I do not listen to heavy bass, no hip hop, rap, and like type of music. But, I can see it would produce appropiate sound esp. when you consider most in this price range, have 1 on button, and volume only!!! I think this was a steal for the price and the design is cool as well. They color the music very nicely too. I only use them for movies and after I mix my music using KRK's I check my mixes on these and in the Car, and on a walkman, and boombox. And then I'm done, I rely on these and they do not let me down

Using it right now
I wished I had bought this sooner. Thank you for the refurb price. It’s a great item and it works solidly for us. I’m at all three bars in my garage, where before it would switch to LTE on us it stays between 2/3 bars. So it’s saving our data in this family plan for when we are away from home. If you have an issue with WiFi range at home it’s just a must have item. The mark on the devise is actually a bubble in the protective plastic. It came with the original plastic still on it.
