Called and explained my problem. It was suggested that I send some pictures with a detailed description. I was sent an email and replied back. It took a couple of days and I received a reply with a solution. I was satisfied and accepted. The seller earned a + review for solving this quickly. Would use them again

    Good quality for the price. Shipping was quick. The listing claims this is for Category 0 and category 1 hitches. The pins supplied were too large for category 0. I contacted the seller and they immediately made it right with me. I had to source my own category 0 pin but they refunded me the cost of the pins. Would definitely buy from the seller again.
