So small but so important to have the correct fastener.
Not sure where I lost my old connecter but this little thing makes the world of difference each day. As I am parking the my bike, unlock the side bags and pop them open I would frequently forget there is nothing stopping the side from swinging the whole way down, dropping my gear onto the ground. With this re-installed I now have assurance that the support strap will hold the side horizontal until I close it back up. Being a small pop in plastic piece I did not feel comfortable wapping out for just a small bolt. There has to be a failure point and I would rather it be one of these replaceable fasteners, rather than the moulded in mounting hole in the side box.

Fast shipping, easy installed. great product!
I had some rodent living and burrowing around my place. I had come across this invention on youtube and decided to give a hard working american a chance. It arrived promptly and I installed per directions. But as I was unsure the size of the vermin I had a double pronged approach. A live trap for a larger rat and this if it were mice, or a smaller rat. Well the next day I found a cute large rat in the live trap. I have left this set and checked on it from time to time in my crawl space under the house. I have not as of yet had a single customer. There is no more sign of vermin and I feel confident that this will work when it needs to.

Easily swapped out, makes carpet cleaner work again.
1 of 1 found this helpful I had borrowed my friends carpet cleaner to do what any parent does. Clean up after their snot flinging, food dropping, pig-pens of offspring. At some point that friend has decided it needs to live with us. In the course of using and storing over the next few years the front nozzle assembly somehow was broken on both sides. I assume it was a perfect place for little toes to make hold to climb up. Why would human children act like goats is the proverbial question most parents ask themselves at some point. I asked and was told "not me" had done it. without a fully functioning front nozzle assemble the Bissell Carpet cleaner is nothing but a hot water delivery device that can brush your carpets. Anyhow, this was very easily swapped out with the provided new screws and directed the suction to the carpet once again.
