Superior Alpine Technical Support, Lots of Features.
2 of 2 found this helpful After a few months of use my blackbird stopped working. Alpine replaced it with a new unit without any hassles. Besides the great technical support I like the mp3 capabilities, Built in bluetooth and SD card slot. The Blackbird II is also equipped with a 20-channel GPS receiver and comes preloaded with Navteq maps of North America, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. You get an array of navigation features, including turn-by-turn text and voice guided driving directions, automatic rerouting, a trip computer, and route demo. There's also a 6 million points-of-interest POI database so you can search for places by name or category and sort them by name, city, or distance from your current location. The Blackbird II can also be used as a portable handheld GPS.

A good monitor for a fair price
This is a really good monitor but the downside is that it only has 1 analog VGA interface and no DVI or HDMI inputs. These units also come with a 3 year warranty on the circuit boards only and 1 year on the LCD screen.

A great DVD recorder but lacking a built in tuner
2 of 2 found this helpful A great DVD recorder but lacking a built in tuner so you can record TV programs. When my D-R410 stopped working Toshiba replaced it with a brand new unit without any hassles.
